You can remove D1, D2, D3 and the Buzzer.
The difference between the low threshold and 0v needs to be the same as the difference between the high treshold and vcc (5v) so the duty cycle of the oscillator is correct, i just chose 1.66 and 3.33 to match the ne555 timer chip.Can you tell me why do you need sucha a "specified" threshold voltage?
