I have circuit sch file for soccer tracker.
Using this sch file, I designd device and prototype.
but delivered device was not worked.
I think this sch file have some errors to work.

With ten datasheets to study that is a lot of material to review. Can you describe what is not working and what troubleshooting you have performed?
