That's the Schematic I found on another forum for this same pcb.

 

We need more, the damaged I.C is not on that part of the schematic.

 

My Samsung washing machine shows no power at all. When inspecting the same PCB as discussed in this forum I found an 8-pin IC H1351L2B to be cracked (see photo). Unfortunately there is absolutely no hit if you google for this IC. It likely will be the controller for the power generation. Has anybody an idea about this IC or which other type could replace it?

 

Couldn't find anything on that part number either, so checked for an LM version, the only ref I found was to an obsolete part which was a direct digital synthesis IC, so that may be the sinewave generator for the motor drive inverter, but given it appears in the power supply, then I think not.

However, I looked for the top code 2280Z (I tried 22802 and found nothing) and up came a power management IC on aliexpress, which makes a lot more sense, go there and search for ICE2QR2280Z.

 

Further to that, if you go to tme and search for that part number it comes up as an "Off-Line SMPS Quasi-Resonant PWM Controller with integrated 800V CoolMOS® and startup cell in DIP-7. It is optimized for off-line switch mode power supply applications such as LCD monitor, DVD R/W, DVD Combo, Blue-ray DVD, set top box, etc."

So, it makes perfect sense there. Unfortunately, tme only have it available if you order 2000 of them, but mouser has 15,000 of them in stock for a few $ each.

 

I should also mention that there is likely to be something else on the PCB that killed the IC, maybe a shorted component somewhere, so check all of the components that the IC interacts with directly, especially any FETs or triacs.

Este usa o TOP253PN. Mas o problema não é a fonte de alimentação. Eu precisava encontrar o manual de serviço que contém o esquema eletrônico para analisar o circuito de comunicação. Tenho conhecimento para ler e interpretar circuitos; tudo o que preciso é do esquema. "Infelizmente, já procurei na internet inteira."

This one uses the TOP253PN. But the problem isn't the power supply. I needed to find the service manual that contains the electronic schematic to analyze the communication circuit. I have the knowledge to read and interpret circuits; all I need is the schematic. "Unfortunately, I've already searched the entire internet."
