1/Draw out circuit, either by hand or program. e.g. Kicad, design circuit board and produce Gerber files.
2/See Nigel Godwin Tutoriol site.for one-offs
3/Visit Picmicro & PicList site for microcontrollers and sample programs.
4/Write program for micro and compile.
5/Send Gerber files to PCBWAY or other board manuf.
6/Upon reciept of boards, assemble circuit and test.
7/ In the event of non-working circuit, go to 1/ & review.
