Hi guys; I'm confused on the term of Representations in math and its equality of meaning although such a specific thing can be denoted in different according to the representation we use for.
what's confused me is how are multiple thing have different Representations lets assume (coordinates x,y,z) and some with coordinates Cylindrical and others are spherical which they are equal in the meaning? to elaborate more how actually we have different representations denoting the "same thing"?! although there're not the same in appearance(differ in representations) but they are describing the same thing in meaning?!

It takes three numbers to locate, or "represent" that point in space. The reference point and the units of the measure are unimportant in the sense that you can always establish an equivalence between any two arbitrary methods of representation.
