Hello, I was reading chapter II of the third textbook volume and I was wondering if the current used in transistors rapresentations was either made of positive or negative charges, and if that's the case with all circuits in the textbooks.

AAC Textbook uses the electron flow model.
Don't let this confuse you or discourage you from learning from this excellent e-resource.
Think of current as charge polarity times flow direction. Reverse the polarity and direction if your prefer to think in terms of positive current flow (what we call "conventional current flow").
