I need to replace a component , I did not find any data , to replace RIST 2004L ( 11226FK ) could be a FET or MOSFET.
Can any one help me identify this comp or just the data sheet.RIST2004L.jpg

Thanks for your replay, I think its a mosfet, but the manufactures part number could not be found . ( RIST 2004L ) . I need to replace this component to a new one. Or just an equivalent.

The middle leg is clipped but it is contiguous with the tab which is soldered so a 3 legged device. So not a diode. Look here at the datasheet:
http://www.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheets_pdf/Q/2/0/0/Q2004L4.shtml

Kinda points to 200V 4A Sensitive Triac, L = Sensitive Triac, 2004 = 200V 4A and the package is correct.

EDIT: No idea who RIST is, unable to locate any reference. There is a research institute in Korea RIST. Maybe a custom product.

It might help if you showed another photo showing the entire board so that we get an idea of what else is on the board.
What is the make/model of the unit and its purpose/function?

btw, your first photo is excellent. We'd wish that all photos be as sharp as yours. What camera did you use?

The unit is an Ultimate speed UMAP 12000A1 Portable jump starter with power bank.
the attached picture shows an attachment to this unit , it will boost the current to start an auto battery when its flat.. From wot I can see there is 2 mosfets in parallel to pass high current to the battery. Q2 and Q3. This unit still works but Q3 is blown so i removed it to be replaced. I need to know the data of Q3 to replace it . manufactures part number was the same as on Q2 that is RIST 2004L.20200807_164554.jpg20200807_164440.jpg

Just my Samsung J6 mobile camera, and very close up.
