Just as the title states, I am looking for a mosfet that in interchangeable with an nce7580t. Frind of mine was wiring up a bunch of speakers in his garage, and misunderstood parallel vs series on the speaker side of things... We are trying to repair the amp, and we are pretty sure these are the mosfets that were fried, but they no longer appear available. Any ideas?

 

try this one.. it’s superior. not sure if they need to be matched in pairs in your circuit.
