Hi,

I wanted to make a lock-in amplifier which works in the megahertz range. AD630 does not work in this range. So can anyone please suggest some IC which does exactly what AD630 does but at a higher frequency range? Or do I have to use some other approach entirely?

What's the frequency?
Exactly how do you use the circuit in the lock-in amp?

 

The frequency that I want to detect is around 100MHz.

I have been using the circuit as attached (I got it from Instructables).

 

Google "lock in amplifier 100 mhz", look at a couple of instruments,
and download their service manuals to see what they are using is one
possibility to answer question.
