Replace transistor for one with a lower wattage and how to search for SMD transistors?

Work out the voltage on the base of Q1 from the potential divider R13/R14. Then the current through R2+R3, then the voltage across R1, then the voltage at the base of Q2, then the current through R4.
Multiply that by the voltage across Q2. I get about 40mW dissipation.
