Notice the high surge capacity plus transient voltage ratings and most importantly the 1.15 volt maximum forward drop voltage at the full rated load.
Simply put you will not beat those specs, capacities and size constraints with any home brew SSR circuit especially one based on a bridge rectifier and a power Mosfet.
