Regarding LED driver design by using LNK403

Dear all,

I want a design a low cost 12 W LED driver in CC mode with output dim-able is not needed.
To do i have selected part number of power integration LNK403 for universal input range 85-300VAC.

I will be using 1W LEDs that is 12 LEDs in series.
If LEDs Vf=1.4V

So my questions is-

1. What will the output voltage we can fix.
2. How much current needed to give full brightness.
3. How can it be said , this is CC LED driver and how we define a constant current.
4. What would be the voltage to give maximum constant current.
5. What is no load and full load output voltage.

Could anybody elaborate all these.
