I hv to modify one pcb which is in use already, for other use with minimal changes in design.
i m using pic16f822 with VCC=5V & ADC ref volt is 5V.
But in new revision pic16f822 with VCC=3.3V, i dnt wnt to change code so can i use Vref=5V for ADC? ...with VCC=3.3VV?

 

No, you can't have a voltage which is greater than Vdd.
