I am currently working on the project with the circuit mentioned above. I'll need to simulate the waveforms of Vgs, Vds, and Ids to show that I've achieved soft switching (ZCS and ZVS).
D = 0.8
n = 3.04
Vp,sw = 12.5v
L leakage_total = 3.75e-4 H,
Lboost = 7.5e-5 H
Vin = 25v
Vo = 380v
I know that for each of the gates I'll need to input those signals but I'm not sure how to input them. Can any PSIM pro help me on this? Thanks
