Rereading the original post, the very strange claim, aside from creating matter, is then "feeding the particles through a microchip." If that were possible within the internal structure of a smartphone, it would be just as effective as a five pound hammer. Once an IC is fabricated and sealed anything passing through it will do great physical damage. So the whole thing is indeed gobblty gook.
What this proves again, for any who may have doubted, is that not everything posted on the internet is correct. And also that "scientific discoveries" by homeless folks suffering from the DTs are often non-verifyable.
