I have 2 identical old but brand new GE PSC motors (5KCP19 type.)
I'm having trouble discerning the connection scheme for them. They are single speed units. Both meter the same.
5 connections are available, BLK WHT BLU YELL RED
These are the values when measured.
BLK-WHT 0 Ohms
BLU-YELL 17
BLK or WHT-RED 92
There is no other continuity, none to frame.
Both motors meter the same.

With power across BLK/WHT to RED I get hum and with shaft assistance the unit spins in either direction moderately
Across BLU-YELL hum with fast spin in either direction with assistance.

No matter how I configure the 4MFD cap connections, the most I can get is non assisted very slow rpm.
Not sure if the commonality between WHT BLK is through a thermistor.

If both windings are identical, then usually all you need is a DPDT SW with Centre off.
You can search for the switch diagram alternatively I can post it, I am on my Laptop so I do have it stored here

here is one version I just did a quick search.
Red & Blk go to each motor winding the other ends of each winding is connected together. and are fed by the Blue.
You should also use a centre-off switch

Attaching Blue & Red to L1, Black to cap side 1, Yellow & Neutral to side 2 it works properly. Reversing Yellow & Blue changes direction.
Thanks for your suggestions.
