What is the voltage source? How much current is needed at 3v, 5v, and 10v?

its easy to make a voltage divider. but first we need to know the source voltage. we also need to know how much current is needed by each load. a voltage divider by itself will be thrown off after it is loaded. this only works with constant loads not a changing load. there are many online calculators if you google "voltage divider calculator"
