If those Male headers are 2.5mm then there should be many headers of that spacing to pick from, I don't have my Kicad PC handy to verify a Part, but a search through the connector library should show a few options.

I understand what you mean. But I am not sure the JST connectors are 2.54 mm. Will have to check when they get to me, I guess.
I just removed the thermistor from the circuit and replace it by a male connector and did the same to the fan symbol. There are no footprints for them because they won't be soldered nor fixed physically on the PCB.

There is still a lot to improve. This is just a show off

PS:
I also changed another detail on the circuit. I moved the mosfet gate to the bjt emitter output. If I left as it was before, I think I could end up with the fan always ON in case I lose power on the MCU.

Ok, there is something I'm finding weird.
After drawing all the vias, ground planes and power planes, shouldn't I see the vias in the 3 view of the PCB1621627341437.png

So, why aren't they visible?

It looks good. How much does KiCad cost??
Zilch
It is open source with now Cern programmers now involved, ver 6 is due to come out this summer.
https://www.kicad.org/about/kicad/

Kicad was created open source in 1992 by Jean-Pierre Charras while working at Grenoble.to assist students when Notably in 2013 Cern started contributing resources towards Kicad to help foster open hardware development by helping improve Kicad to be on par with commercial EDA tools.

Hello again.

I have a question. When I was designing the PCB layout I noticed something. I'm not sure I am right about this but, shouldn't this part of the circuit:

be like this instead:

That R6 is to free the AMS1117 from drawing (12-3.3) / 8) A
