programming RFSOC 4x2 using vivado

Hello,I need to program RFsoc4x2 system shown in the link
I am following the manual showing in the link.They upload a diagram shown below using TCL file.
I was not able to recreate this diagram because the TCL file is too old.
I need to program the RFsoc 4x2.So I need the vivado "diagram" like this to program it?
Where can I find the formal Vivado project of RFsoc 4x2 in vivado so I could program its peripherys?
