Interference is rather dependent on the individual motor, of course. Old motors that are poorly maintained are going to be quite bad, and the answer is to improve the brushgear! But this is a considerable advance for the arcane world of running vintage field-wound motors with modern radio gear. Thanks for a very nice Christmas present....!
