I have a problem oscilloscope horizontal line (featured video that you see)
in the video is not seen but when you turn the appliance is a loud high-pitched beep.
Openly ask for help, not to do.

There could be many things that fail which take out the horizontal deflection, but I was taught to always suspect the power supply first since that's what fails most often.

A "beep" on power up may be some kind of signal that it failed the self-check it goes through when it turns on.

 

gracias por tu respuesta. el pitido al que me refiero no es de un zumbador. parece algun componente de muy alta frecuencia, no se si me explico.

thanks for your response. the beep to which I refer is not a buzzer. Looks like some very high frequency component, not if I explain.
