Could someone help me to id this mosfet i assume. the markings on it are

it came out of a curtis motor controller
the markings were on side where my finger indicates. I have not been able to find anything on it, would like to find it or one that is compatable with it. thxs

 

I think it is P60NE (a zero not letter o).
