Hi everyone,
I'm trying to find a suitable replacement for 2 power mosfets. these components are from a HV power supply (2Kv). If it's possible for you, please give me alternative part numbers. I really can't figure out something from data sheets. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Those MOSFETs are IGTBs, and they are still available, although being discontinued.
If you ask Infineon's technical support,

I'm sure they can give you a better recommendation for a replacement from their current range than I can.
If you want to pick one yourself, choose one with the same voltage and current ratings, then find one with similar or smaller Total Switching Loss.
