My project was involve in using Power MOSFET to drives the DC motor, IRF7389(HEXFET Power MOSFET) are particular suitable apply into my design but the problem is IRF7389 was surface mount chip(SO-8), instead of using this chip, do anyone suggest me some alternative methods to use TO-220 standard chip to perform the same spec of IRF7389? Please provide the part-number if possible.

Go to the International rectifier site and use the parametric search function to find a TO-220 equivalent to your IRF7389. Hint: higher voltage and current will not hurt.
