When i plug-in the battery to supply my mouse, the red light sparks on for a second and turn-off. I should keep rubbing the battery terminals against the connectors to keep the mouse on "It's weird". I added tin to connectors to assure good junction but it does not work. Tried for several batteries so definately not battery problem.

Any Deep Theoritical Explanation. Thank you in advance.

Assuming it is an optical mouse and the red light shines out of the bottom of the mouse, with the battery in place, does the light come on when you move something across the bottom where the LED is?
If so then it is working correctly. When there is no movement it turns off the LED to maintain a good battery life.
