Thanks for your reply. It is not an operational amplifier and it is low dropout voltage regulator but part datasheet and availability is not seen any where.

 

My first thought was LM311 but they don't come in a SOT-23-5 casing. Its a good chance its a VR from one of the lesser known OEMs.
