Hi!

The component marking is: 21h OR 21n
Case is TSSOP6 (SOT363): 2 x 1.25 mm
The manufacturer of the microchip is most likely NEXPERIA, since other logic microchips were identified by this manufacturer.
The function of the microcircuit or microassembly is to act as a buffer between the inverter and the gates of the mosfet switches, which in turn drive the primary winding of the power transformer.

A search for components in marking databases was unsuccessful.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

I think it is a dual buffer or inverter. I cannot find that pinout. But I am certain there are two elements running in parallel.
link1 74LVC2G14GW or 04 or 06.
