Please help ID an SMD

I'm attempting to fix a motor control board for a pool cleaning robot, and found what appears to be a blown diode, identified as "D2" on the board.
It doesn't have a cathode marking, so it may be bi-directional.

I looked through MANY manufacturer logos, and can't even find the correct one.
Other than the logo, the top marking *may* be "J151"? The bottom is definitely "YK."

Any help would be appreciated!

The board has silkscreen on it. But your yellow mark ran right over the area of interest. Can you post the pic w/o the yellow mark.

Thanks for the quick reply.
The case is PMDS (Rohm) or SOD106.
Case dimensions are 4.5mm x 2.6mm (too difficult to measure height).
None of the components on the page you linked have that case style.

Not being familiar with these markings, do you think the "YK" is the part descriptor?
