Hi i have a school project to do i must make a powerbank and it must have a microcontroller , so i would like to ask if it is possible to/could use my microcontroller to act as voltage regulator and a charge regulator .

That's easy. We can design a Power Bank for you, controlled by a microcontroller, design the PC board, get the board made, build up a prototype and have it tested with 23 hours of soak-testing, all within a single day.
We will also have a voltage regulator and charge regulator incorporated in the project.
Expected cost will be about $5.50

Do you ever work cheap! Doesn't even matter what kind of dollars they are. Who needs to outsource at those prices?
