The specs on the general description mention it:
CDM35:
AC (6 no.) 0.1µA to 10A, DC (6 no.) 0.1µA to 10A
CDM45:
Current measuring ranges : AC (8) 10µA to 10A, DC (4) 1µA to 10A.
The manuals go into more detail. You're just able to make smaller measurements with more precision with the CDM35. Either will work fine for what you want to do though.
