I am designing a boat propulsion system, which will be driven by two 48vdc/4KW dc motor
I have a space to install 16KW equavalent Sloar panel
As well I will use a battery bank to ensure stable power supply to the drive unit
Need some advice about the PCU which will directly drive the motor from the solar, as well charge the battery and will give support from the battery bank if the solar output is low

There are commercial off-the-shelf units to do exactly what you want. Obviously you need to choose one that meets your specifications.
