I cleaned out a house from an old gentleman that built all kinds of electrical meters and boards. Came across a lot of parts I have no idea what they are, any help on these, there are 20 or so all different styles.

No idea. Are there any markings on any of the parts?

 

The structures look like some kind of thermopile to me. But I've never seen anything exactly like them.

Put them on a voltmeter and see if they generate a voltage when you apply heat to one side.

Parts are extremely small, the flat one is about 1/4" x 1/4"
