I had assumed that the second character of ”IO6LC" was the number zero.

me too... so after finding company logo i searched for both with zero and O... looks like Protek is specializing in various types of diodes.

there are bunch of such galeries. problems is that most have similar content and one can quickly run out of resources to check. fortunately today one can also use reverse image lookup
