get the Device to "resonate" properly,
and that's why you're here asking for advice.

Let me save You some time .........
Devices do exist that produce Electrical-Power by very unconventional means.
The Technology for producing those types of devices has not been publicly released yet.
You can't "accidentally" figure-out how these types of devices work.
Thousands of extremely smart people have been trying to figure this out for
hundreds, or even thousands of years.
Anytime someone actually gets close to figuring out how to do it, they disappear.

The US-Military is suppressing this info at this time, and for very good reasons.
It will be released when conditions are deemed appropriate.
But it probably won't be discovered and released by You,
especially when You are new enough to Electronics to
need to ask for help with designing a simple Self-Oscillating-Transformer

Look-up a "Hiemz-Transformer" and "Flyback Oscillator".
If You can combine these 2 designs,
and still get it to function,
You might have something interesting to play around with.

So you expect to get useful power out of this?

I repeat, good luck. It has been studied since Ben Franklin and no useful power had been demonstrated yet.

The guy I helped build the first 3 systems with took off, powering his 100% electric boat with it. so ya, it makes lightning bolts on demand (so long as it is in an atmosphere).

Look into the energy spike you get with a collapsing magnetic field and how you have to put a diode in the circuit to keep it from shorting out stuff from the sudden power spike.

Making that happen on demand in a controllable way is what this does... it is just frequency, and collection coils.

Oh that, he tested it with 24 volts, 1 amps in, and got (with proper winding) about 120 volts 1 amp out .

Timing is set to 60htz to "resonate" properly.

Next he scaled it up so he has 3 systems each cranking out 30,000 watts powered by 6000 watts going in.
2 of them produce 110, the third 220 (for his fricken ac).

NOTE: the device will melt if you do not regulate the power IN, do not just connect the output (collection coils) to the input coils or it WILL MELT THE DEVICE. (increasing your input by a factor of 5 over and over....that is why he ended with 3 systems instead of 4). Give it a fixed amount of power in and you are ok.

And yes, he "vanished" onto his own private yacht (a small one) - 100% electric, even the motor - with a crew of 4 smoking hot chicks... (I still have to figure out the hydroponic stuff he had set up, but that is a known tech I can learn later - and a MIT solar steam generator per person to make sea water drinkable 2 to 10 liters each day per unit - I already got that, just need to put it together).

The DEW's... heck I used those already for self defense, you can't out run a light beam (that introduces you to 3000 degrees) unless you can move and react at the speed of light.

I am quite certain I know more about the spike that comes from a collapsing magnetic field than you do. For one thing, it cannot have more energy than the energy put into creating the magnetic field. For another, you cannot capture all of the energy.

I am 100% sure that “the guy” didn’t do that and he is pulling your leg.

That would be against the law of physics! Power out must be less than power in due to losses in every circuit. Power in Watts can be defined as volts times amperage in an electrical circuit.

The power in is 24V x 1A or 24W. According to you, he achieved power out of 120W. According to all the math I know, 120 is not less than 24, hence this could not happen.

This doesn’t require mysterious technology nor US military secrets. Even they have to follow the laws of physics - unless he lived in a parallel universe.
