I am looking for a pair of replacement FETs for an amplifier module in a Stagepas 300 portable PA system.

The original FET has shorted out and is now obsolete: P14NF12FP

What would be a suitable replacement?

The STF20NF20 seems to be close, and has a higher voltage/current rating than the STP14NF12FP and is the same TO-220FP package. It seems to be available at places like Digikey or mouser.

It might make a bit of difference, but that may depend on the input frequencies. Hard to find a TO220 package like yours with low gate charge. The TK30E06N1 may work, it has a low Qg but it is only a 60V MOSFET and does not have the insulated package form.
I've done some parametric searches with low Qg, but have not found anything with as low a Qg as your original device in a TO220 style.

Digikey suggests the STF20NF20 as a substitute on their web site.
