I need to design an RC oscillator ckt with Capacitance value b/w range 23pF-26pF (i employ the capacitor to measure change in humidity)..the output of which is to be connected to FtoV converter(lm 311)...(for which i need extremely stable output)....
Can i get suggestions on circuit design...

 

What output waveform you need for the oscillator? What's the frequency range?

 

Any waveform will do..the frequency range should preferably be within several kilohertz...because I need lower frequencies...!

 

It will be extremely hard to obtain an RC osc. using 23-26 pF unless the osc. frequency is in the MHz.
