The previous scope dump kept nagging me as to why the square wave output wasn't going rail to rail, so I kept working with the simplest op amp Schmitt trigger.
100KΩ on the resistors, +5V & -5V on the rails with sig gen putting 6Vpp sine on the -input. The calculated upper threshold is 2.5V and lower is -2.5V.
Smack dab on the money! Apparently, as I learned by error, I had the B Probe in the wrong place! It was measuring the input to the -input pin instead of the output pin!
