And the funny thing is, even when she says what's wrong, I still don't understand where the problem is...

I love the drawings in this thread!!

thanks for the nice feedback!

My father-in-law said at my wedding: "Two words every groom must learn to say often: YES, DEAR"

I got the idea for this one when watching a popstar arrive at a courthouse on TV one day - the sight of all of the media flashes got her minders instantly wound up...

(mind you - technically - a photo-resistor LOWERS its resistance when exposed to light, but let's look past that ;)

I already wrote this somewhere here in the forum, but guys, don't forget:

Never touch the high voltage busbars with your BEAR hands, ok!!!;)

That's right, it's a family show :)

And following on from Photo-resistor, I had to do Photo-cell... quite topical with all of the News of the World goings-on at present...

Hi guys.

I actually have a wordpress blog where I upload my electronics cartoons for people to look at - it's really nicely laid out - but it is ok to show that here? I did used to have a link to an online store where people could get mugs or T-shirts etc of the designs, but that was removed (hint of commercial activity, so fair enough)... the wordpress blog though is really a nicely-presented showcase, so it would be useful if I was allowed to use that. Or at least, to link to it.

That way folks who wanted to see the cartoons could look at the blog, and I wouldn't be clogging up the forum for those that don't...

I hope I've demonstrated that I have something (humorous!) to offer to the AAC community!

bertus, can you give me a verdict on this one?

cheers
Barney

Cheers Joe!

I believe it's fun and relevant to the forum, so me hopes a link won't be verboten.

Barney

p.s. this one is based on one of my favourite ICs of all time, the little pocket-rocket-powerhouse that is the 555 timer :)

A very simple one, in remembrance of some of my favourite old pinball machines. (Do they still make those?!!)
