I would like share with you my trouble shooting.

1- Speed sensor is OK teste already
2- 5v voltage present at speed sensor connector when disconnect the sensor.
3- Physically Motor is OK having no issue working
4- Before reaplacing the control board do you have any idea to replace any component
5- I have a doubt on IC but other functions are ok through this IC loacted at near display connector in control board
