For starters, why does the schematic you gave me not look like the one in your post #18? Why do you think those files might be different?
I certainly can't help you very much if you insist on posting one thing and sending me a different thing.

 

I have no idea what you are trying to do with voltage source connected to the capacitor and your OUTPUT node connected to GROUND.

Hi so yes I ran this one and it gave me the ESR I was hoping for, I was totally feeling brain dead yesterday (sorry about the confusion) it has given me the frequency response now, what I was doing wrong was that I did not divide the voltage by the current through the cap so it was not giving me the ESR (Duh!) but the schematic you posted is what I did as well with 24khz frequency, I appreciate your help, sorry again for the confusion, it was not intentional.
