I have a project that I wnat to build for him a DCDC back circuit
right now I use 4 XL405 DC-DC , but I want to create my own circuit (this is for a small project I have and I will create ~ 100 of it)

the input 24-35V
the 4 output voltage are:
12V 2A
24V 2A
5V 4A
3.3V 1A
I don't use so much power I took around 50% more then I need ,just to be sure

I need it to be protected from over voltage & current
also if something will stop working it will not affect the other output

how do I start , which IC I need for it ?

Are you sure you really want to build your own? There are so many available already. Here's one that's probably fancier and more expensive than you want, but there are many others.

I know this tupr of DCDC Buck
but I want to creae my own DCDC - that way I can build the PCB as I want
and also add some protaction to it?
