I made this design after many attempts I have added 10uF cap across the 5V DC supply
I have checked all connection it seems correct to me . Please tell me where can be improved

hi K,
That has corrected the problem in post #24 OK.

Check this 0V path, it is much shorter,

How do you plan to connect the incoming power supply to the PC.?

In order to demonstrate good PCB practices, I would do it something like this:AAC_PIC16F877P.jpg

I have shown it as a single sided layout with all traces on the bottom side.
If I were getting this made by a PCB house, I would choose double sided layout and put a ground plane on the bottom side. For this board layout, all traces except GND would appear on the top side.

hi K,
I would suggest the ground line be kept short for the Xtal/Caps.
What are those islands of copper for.? [marked Red]
On the Reset pin #1 why are there two resistors.?

BTW: Consider adding a 3.2mm dia hole at each corner of the board for mounting

hi K,
Many thanks for the link, I must say on the many hundreds of PCB artworks I have created, I have never found the need for the 470R, however if Microchip advise it you should follow their advice.

BTW on the outer rows of pins are you planning inserting connector plugs, if so ensure you have sufficient hole clearance for the pins.

placed mounting holes on board

followed suggestion, removed long ground path
