Most of the people use eagle to design the PCB so I choose it. Wouldn't it be better to work on the single tool than to use a different tools
Exactly. Learn Eagle/Fusion360 because it's a general design tool not tied to a PCB house design tool used to promote their other services. The learning curve is higher with Eagle but the capabilities (I use the auto-router and other automation features for 4 layer boards) are IMO better after you make a few boards with it.

Now, Easyeda.com is a good tool/site to design and produce your circuits ranging from very simple like your, to more complex ones. It is a good tool and provides many tutorials, and also, bonus, you can translate your design into a PCB with excellent design rules check tools, which you need. Finally, when satisfied, you can transfer your PCB to JLCPCB.com for the real PCB to be fabricated for a few bucks. I made a few designs with the workflow above and I'am happy about the outcome.
