In Ukraine where I am originally from, its 8am right now. 1am here in PA.

I'm used to dealing with jet lag after trips to Ukraine. Its often very unpleasant because you collapse in the middle of the day and no alarm clock can wake you up.

From here in Birmingham we have clear blue skies. All flights are cancelled. I guess it must be very fine ash and not much of it.

 

Birmingham 1 hour ago. Not much to see in the sky. I'm not sure if it's my imagination or if it shows up in the photo, but the sky towards the horizon might have a tinge of brown to it. No dust evident on top of cars.

When I go to parks to fly my new RC electric model airplane I see weird-looking people coming up from a hole they dug in the ground.
They are alive, not dead zombies and not Indian, not Oriental and not Negro.
I think they are aliens that have been living in the ground for centuries. (smilie)
