Motor 57BL116.003 Which sometimes works sometimes doesn't start

Hi
I have a motor 57BL116.003 Which sometimes works sometimes doesn't start I saw that someone spoke about hall effect sensors How to find the model number of those sensors and how to replace them? Once they are replaced is anything else needed to be done with the motor in order to work?

Are you sure its the motor and not what it's plugged into ?
On the hall sensors will be some markings, you need closeup pictures of those to help identify
