MOSFET switching potential self turn on clarification

I have isolated my issue to this little blip in the MOSFET drain signal. As you can see in the images the one with out the red circle is "normal" but the one with the red circle highlights what I wanted to ask about.

What could be causing this? and is it self turn on? It is a synchronous rectifier switch with a low side configuration and the issue arises at a current load threshold.

I can give more information upon request I have just been having issues with people focusing on the wrong things

When creating Microscopic SMD Circuits, that operate at insanely high frequencies,
Board-Layout is critical.
Everything MUST be configured exactly as the final product will be produced.

Why are You trying to re-invent the Wheel ?

that makes sense Ill keep it in mind.
I was just curious if this indicated self turn on or not though.
