Hi everybody
To repair an old laptop, I need to find the equivalent of the following MOSFET :
2SK1270 , 2SJ220L , 2SJ182S , 2SJ214L
For vintage loptop , panasonic notebook 270
Can anyone help me?

Maybe we can help you to help yourself. My process for doing something like this is to first look for a published cross reference chart. That isn't always successful but it's worth a look.

Whether you find one or not, it's best to look at the datasheet of the original part. That'll give invaluable information about the basic ratings for voltage, current, N versus P, logic level versus regular, package dimensions, etc. and also any "special" features that might be relevant to that part being selected in the first place. High this, low that, whatever.

Once you know how to specify the part, then it's just a matter of searching Mouser, Digikey, Newark or others for suitable parts. You do your own cross reference. It's great if you do find a cross-reference chart to still check the datasheets to confirm the reference is sensible.
