Monitor AOC mod. 5-G no menu display

Hi there, I took this monitor with normal image, but no menu display. It turns on/off normally. I checked the IC's on soquet board but it's OK. I think that's EEPRON problem. I would like some orientation about. Thanks, Nelson.
