I am missing the dual gate mosfets.
Dual gate mosfets are sometimes used in RF circuits.
(mixers and gain control amplifiers).

The IGFET/MOSFET chapter is incomplete. The dual gate MOSFET will be covered in a cascode amplifier section analogous to the cascode section in the bjt chapter 4.
