Huh...you must have had some application in mind then asking for this. What do plan to do with this. Like what kind of patient group do you want to measure this on and so on

 

As t06afre says and in what sense do you want to measure breathing, air flow from the mouth/nose, chest movement, volume per breath?

 

Masimo makes some very nice equipment for this. Some Masimo people have been hired by Apple, so look for "apps for that" soon.
